1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
To request a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof
Without proper unboxing video proof, returns may not be accepted.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Products purchased during sale or special offers
- Used or damaged items (after delivery)
4. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition.
5. Refund Policy
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer (if applicable).
